Yes, the Cat Card can be used to purchase all products and rent any machine offered at any Toromont Cat branches.

The Cat Card can be used to purchase anything we sell or service – except for new Cat construction equipment. Engines, work tools, gensets, Agco equipment, Ag implements, used Cat equipment, lift trucks, components, air compressors, and all allied equipment can all be purchased, rented or serviced on the Cat Card. Various other brands and parts can also be charged to the Cat Card.

Yes, all Caterpillar parts purchased on the Cat Card with invoice amount greater than $1,000 are eligible for finance promotion.

Our service team can assist you with things like lost/stolen cards, change of address, adding/deleting an authorized user, questions about your statement, etc. Hours of operation: Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. EST. To contact a French-speaking Customer Service Representative, please call Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST

If you need a credit limit increase, please call the Cat Card Customer Service Department at 1-877-373-9510 to request additional credit. Your account will be reviewed by one of our credit analysts and a determination will be made on an appropriate credit line.

The annual percentage rate of the finance charge for your Cat Card s Toronto Dominion Prime of +8.55%. If you make only the minimum payment (10%) on your parts and service purchases balance, you will be billed for interest charges on the balance. Rental payments are due in full, so the interest charge would not apply for rental charges.

If the Minimum Payment Due is not paid by the due date, you shall pay a late payment fee equal to 1.50% of the total unpaid purchases, rentals and installments (where permissible by law).

No, the Cat Card is a cardless system. Toromont or Rental Store has the ability to look up your account and verify that your name is on the authorized user list for your company.

You will receive a monthly statement in the mail detailing all of your purchasing activity. You can also access this information online. You may also receive an invoice from Toromont CAT or Rental Store where your transaction was made. This invoice is for informational purposes only. You should remit payment to the address provided on your monthly Cat Card statement.

You will receive a customer welcome kit in the mail 7-10 days after your account is activated. This kit contains details on how to login and view your account information. If you need your password reset, have questions, or if you do not receive your welcome kit, please call 1-877-373-9510 or e-mail catcard.customerservice@cat.com.

At this time, the online payment and phone pay options are not available. Please call 1-877-373-9510 to speak with a Customer Service Representative if you have any questions.

Toromont Cat is not able to accept payment for the Cat Card. Please use the return envelope provided with your statement or mail your payment to the address noted below.
