THE PROGRAM
Get paid to work while you learn!
Our Trade Transition Program provides the education and support you need to become a licensed Cat Heavy Equipment technician.
By the end of the program, you’ll have everything you need to pass your Red Seal certification.
If you’ve got experience on heavy machinery, we want to talk to you.
We’re recruiting:
- Licensed Trucks & coach mechanics 310T
- Licensed Automotive mechanics
- Heavy equipment mechanics without license
- Military vehicle mechanics (with military certification)
Of course! You get paid the entire time, in exchange for commitment to stay with us for a predetermined amount of time after you get your license.
Depending on your experience and certifications, the Trade Transition Program takes between 6 months to 3.5 years.
